FLIPOUT SAFETY RULES
General Safety Guidelines
- One Person Per Trampoline - No Double Bouncing!
- Follow Staff Instructions at All Times.
- Wear Flip Out Grip Socks – No Grip, No Bounce!
- Do Not Run, Jump, or Land on the Paddings.
- Only Try Tricks Within Your Skill Level.
- Keep Food and Drinks Off the Courts.
- All Children Under 12 Must Be Supervised by an Adult.
- Land on Both Feet – Avoid Diving or Head-First Landings.
- Avoid Running, Rough Play, and Contact Sports.
- Give Way to Those Smaller than You.
- No Swearing, Abusive Language, or Threatening Behaviour.
- Don't Sit Down in the Arena or Climb Safety Padding.
Remember: No Waiver, No Jump!
Health and Fitness Precautions
To ensure your safety while using our trampoline facilities, please consider the following:
- Medical Condition: You must be in good physical condition and free from medical conditions that may increase your risk of injury. Consult your GP if unsure about your ability to participate.
- Health Conditions: The following conditions could increase injury risk:
- Down's Syndrome
- Neck instability
- High blood pressure
- Spine or head injuries
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery
- Excessive weight (>125kg/19 stone)
- Special Needs: We strive to provide an inclusive experience. Certain restrictions may apply for customers with special needs to ensure safety.
- Down's Syndrome: Customers must provide GP approval if they have Down's Syndrome, especially regarding neck stability.
- Autism: Separate sessions are available for customers with Autism.
- Dwarfism: Customers with disproportionate dwarfism are advised against participating in trampolining.
- Epilepsy: Customers with controlled epilepsy may participate but must obtain GP approval. Uncontrolled epilepsy requires caution due to potential triggers, and participants must be accompanied by someone who understands the condition.

- Padding Around Trampolines: Soft padding covers all trampoline edges to reduce impact and prevent injuries
- Safety Netting or Enclosures: Durable netting around areas keeps jumpers within safe boundaries.
- Foam Pits: Foam-filled pits provide a cushioned landing for high jumps and flips.
- Grip Socks: Special socks enhance grip, reducing the risk of slips and falls.
- Soft Play Equipment: All equipment is designed to absorb impact, ideal for safe play, especially for younger kids.
- Safety Signs: Signs throughout the park remind jumpers of key safety rules and etiquette.
- Staff Monitoring: Team members are stationed around the park to enforce safety rules and assist if needed.
- Routine Inspections: Regular inspections ensure that all equipment remains in top condition for safe use.
- Spring Coverage: Springs between trampoline mats are fully covered to prevent foot slips and injuries.
- Padded Posts: All park posts are padded for extra protection in active play zones.
- Park Netting: Netting divides attractions, securing steel structures from accidental impact.
- Maintained Foam Pits: Foam pits are kept clear and hygienic, with regular cleaning and rotation of foam.
- Daily Cleaning: Trampoline mats, pads, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized every day.
- First Aid Stations: First aid stations are accessible for any minor injuries or assistance needed.
- Trained Staff & Spotters: Qualified team members are available to monitor activities and respond to emergencies.
- Clear Signage: Visible signage throughout ensures that all rules and safety reminders are easy to follow.
