Flip Out Smeaton Grange Classes

Flip, twist, jump and move like a real ninja!

Ninjas classes are movement and agility classes for school aged kids and teenagers.

Our skilled instructors train your Ninjas to improve their agility, coordination and aerial awareness. Ninjas learn how to master moves and tricks with proper, safe techniques.

We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced Ninjas classes. Ninjas work towards mastering a list of skills for each level as they earn their awesome coloured bandanas.
