No two of our arenas are the same. Each one is uniquely designed to fit the space and the community it’s in.
You will work with professional industrial designers, architects, certifiers and engineers to create an awesome, totally unique space, anchored in the local community and made from the best materials.
It’s important to provide customers with a fun, carefree experience- this starts with the space, and ends with your service. We want them to walk away satisfied and excited to return, so you must be committed to delivering an enthusiastic and positive customer experience customers every time, all the time.

Flip Out is more than just a place to bounce. Each arena offers a range of skills-based classes and programs to help the little ones (and not so little ones) grow on and off the trampoline.

How we grow
Flip Out will continue to grow as we roll out new arenas and improve the facilities and programs at our current centres. We also have plans to implement a pop-up model for smaller populations, as well as a water model to reach a wider customer base.
As a franchisee, it is important to know where your money comes from, and how your arena continues to bring people in. Lucky for you, we can tell you how.

Investment in marketing all goes back into the company, and as the Franchisor we have systems in place to support you. We offer:
- Franchisee intranet with 24/7 access to all programs and offerings marketing collateral
- Social media content and guidance
- Frequent marketing programs and collateral development
You will have the opportunity to sell:
- New clothing items designed in-house
- Bottles and accessories
- On trend and practical clothing for staff and customers
- Collaborations with brands such as Gatorade

- Launch of new web page including CRM, online sales, merchandise sales and inventory, online pre-opening checks and injury report forms
