Playgroup/Toddler Time

Tire out your toddlers with our super fun Playgroup sessions!

A Playgroup session entitles one adult and one child (5 and under) to stay and play for the whole session (up to 3 hours of fun).

Playgroup encourages physical activity to help burn up all that excess energy! It’s also a great opportunity for your child to learn to interact and play with children of a similar age, helping them grow their social skills.

Special equipment will be available for your little ones.

Please note that a parent or guardian must be present at all times (and can sit back and relax in each arena’s café).

Flip Out is a safe environment for everyone, and each arena caters to the needs of participants on an individual basis. We create a supportive environment for people of varying ability.

We offer discounts for individuals living with a disability, carers and groups. The aim of Flip-Ability is to help provide affordable access to activities where everyone can have fun, get fit and healthy, and develop and maintain healthy social relationships – all while building confidence and having an epic time!

We celebrated our daughter’s fourth birthday with a big group of her friends. From the moment we arrived our party manager Sammy was fantastic and extremely attentive. I would highly recommend FlipOut for your kids parties – the kids had a great time and food, drinks and even an ice cream cake are supplied! Too good!

I took 4 teenage boys to Flip Out today and they didn’t want to leave! Endless exercise jumping and flipping on all the trampolines and playing dodgeball. We ended the afternoon in the arcade games area which had 20 or 30 different machines/equipment. Very happy chappies! The girls in the cafe were also very lovely.

We held a charity event for children with Type 1 Diabetes at Flip Out Caringbah. Samantha, our host, also has Type 1 diabetes. She was empathetic and kind to the 25 kids in attendance and helped them connect. I would also like to thank Flip out management for gifting the children a pair of thongs each and a return pass. Very generous.
