GENERAL FAQS
Here’s our guide for the best gear for flipping!
- Comfort is key, so keep things stretchy.
- You’re getting active – so wear activewear!
- Go for something breathable – you’ll be getting hot and sweaty!
- Don’t stress about footwear, you’ll get your own pair of Flip Out grip socks.
The only gear you’ll need are our Flip Out grip socks so you don’t go slipping and sliding. You can buy these on arrival at the front desk – remember to keep them for next time!
We offer either 1 hour or 2 hour General admission sessions. Choose your own adventure!

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required upon making your booking.
Full payment is required before the date of your party – one of the team members at your local Flip Out will be in touch prior to your party date to confirm numbers and final payment
You know it! The party add-ons menu appears at the checkout for any additional extras you may wish to add.

NINJAS AND mini NINJAS FAQS
Ninjas classes are great for school-aged kids.
Some of our arenas offer advanced classes for older or more experienced kids. For kids under school age, check out our mini Ninjas.
Ninjas classes are run each school term. Ninjas students are encouraged to book a full term (10 weeks) to get the full Ninjas experience!
Ninjas classes are not available on public holidays, pupil free days or school holidays.

No fighting here! Our Ninjas train to improve their agility, coordination and aerial awareness, not their combat skills.
Nope! We believe in developing kids beyond the trampoline. Our skilled instructors train our Ninjas from the beginner level all the way through to the advanced level. Everyone is welcome!
mini Ninjas classes are great for kids about 2 and up to 5 years of age. We say “about 2” because it will depend on your child’s individual ability.
To find out if your child will be suited to these classes, please speak directly with the team at your local Flip Out.
For older, more experienced kids, check out our Ninjas Classes.
Our mini Ninjas classes help to develop gross motor skills in a safe and supportive environment. With a focus on movement and fun, your kids will get to burn some energy and socialise with their group under the supervision of one of our qualified trainers.
Of course! We also offer Playgroup sessions. For those mini Ninjas that want to stick around, they can stay and play for free!
Entry for parents or guardians during our Playgroup sessions is always free, PLUS you can bring along any siblings (5 and under) to our mini Ninjas classes for a discounted entry fee (some conditions apply*).
Nope! If you’re there with your mini Ninja there is no fee for parents or guardians.
If you’re looking for things to do with your toddlers or young kids, we have casual and term classes available on select week days at your local Flip Out.

PLAYGROUP FAQS
Playgroup sessions are great for kids aged 5 and under. With heaps of fun equipment to play with in a padded environment, you and your little one will be geared up to have a blast!

They sure do! Playgroup is a great activity to do with your kids! But if you’re looking for extra stimulus for your child, or a more guided class, check out our mini Ninjas classes.
Nope! 1 playgroup session includes 1 adult and 1 child, and you can stay and play for up to 3 hours. PLUS, if you bring along another sibling under the age of 5, you’ll get a discounted rate for your second little jumper.
FLIP-ABILITY FAQS
When you join us for flip-ability, our aim is to help the person express themselves in a safe environment. We may be able to turn the music and the lights down for a better experience. For more information about what our Flip-Ability sessions are like, contact your local Flip Out. We’ll be happy to talk you through what you can expect.

All ages! Everyone is welcome at Flip Out, and parents and carers can be part of the fun too!

We’ll chat with you to make sure we can accommodate your needs and help organise a time and day that suits you. We believe in flipping barriers: social, cultural, physical skills and age. We’re here to help make your session flipping fantastic!

Our School Group and Home School Crew programs are run through the school term. These programs are not available on public holidays, pupil free days or school holidays.
All school aged kids! No matter the skill level, everyone is encouraged to get active, have fun and create new connections!
