Every Flip Out has an EPIC trampoline arena and a whole world of indoor fun to explore – like foam pits/air bags, parkour courses, climbing and running walls and more!
Get off the screens and jump in to your local Flip Out arena for active indoor fun for all ages.

- Comfort is key, so keep things stretchy.
- You’re getting active – so wear activewear!
- Go for something breathable – you’ll be getting hot and sweaty!
- Don’t stress about footwear, you’ll get your own pair of Flip Out grip socks.
The only gear you’ll need are our Flip Out grip socks so you don’t go slipping and sliding. You can buy these on arrival at the front desk – remember to keep them for next time!
We offer either 1 hour or 2 hour General admission sessions. Choose your own adventure! To save time when you get to your local Flip Out, fill out our waiver now so you can get flipping faster!
