The level of customer service exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making the event such a success. I would especially like to recognise the manager who was on duty that evening. Their leadership, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and their positive attitude made everyone feel welcome and valued.
